Wakatobi National Park is one of 50 parks in Indonesia nasoinal located in the Wakatobi district, Southeast Sulawesi province. National Parks of the total area of 1.39 million ha, about marine biodiversity, and scale of reef condition ranked the highest priority of marine conservation in Indonesia. The depth of water in the national park was varied, the deepest reaching a kilometer below the sea surface, Wakatobi National Park is now a research center under the World ocean.
